Virtual Reality Therapy now offers you assistance in dealing with stress, anxiety and depression. Our Coping Program is run over 6 weeks and designed to modify your negative self beliefs and replace them with positive coping strategies at both a concious and subconcious level.
In our Virtual Reality environment you will become deeply relaxed and can be more responsive to positive suggestions which encourage better coping strategies to deal with stress, anxiety and depression.
This is a drug-free approach to treatment for stress, anxiety and depression. Our clients have reported that this method of therapy is a deeply relaxing and pleasant experience.
Guided REM
To support and consolidate the Virtual Reality Therapy process, a Guided REMâ„¢ CD has been developed.
During the Coping Program, posthypnotic suggestions are paired with auditory cues. These are also used in the Guided REMâ„¢ CD. These cues reactivate suggestions for relaxation and can assist you in the process of creating a new and healthier style of coping. The process of guiding dreams during REM sleep was also designed to improve your sleep quality and reduce the traffic of your inappropriate thoughts.
